Store the bottle upright in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Avoid temperature fluctuations and do not store in a refrigerator or freezer.

Once opened, ensure the bottle is tightly sealed after each use. To preserve the whisky’s character, minimize exposure to air and enjoy within a reasonable period, especially when the bottle is less than half full. For longer preservation, consider transferring the remaining whisky to a smaller bottle to reduce oxidation.

Due to provincial liquor regulations, all alcohol sales are final. Returns and exchanges are accepted only for products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrectly fulfilled.

Age verification

You must be of legal drinking age in your province to purchase. Valid government-issued photo ID is required upon delivery. Orders will not be completed if age cannot be verified or if the recipient appears intoxicated.

Delivery restrictions

In-province delivery is handled by the licensed partner or provincially compliant carriers. Delivery to provinces that prohibit interprovincial alcohol receipt will not be processed. The platform maintains a current list of permitted destination provinces.

Out-of-province orders

For deliveries outside the vendor's province, the sale is concluded at the licensed partner's premises. Any carrier engaged acts as your agent — not as agent of the licensed partner. You are solely responsible for compliance with the laws of your destination province upon receipt.
