BCgift's role: BCgift is a technology and marketing platform only. BCgift does not sell, supply, or distribute alcoholic beverages, and does not hold a liquor retail licence of any kind.
All alcohol sales on this platform are made exclusively by our licensed retail partner, who holds a valid Licensee Retail Store (LRS) licence issued by the Liquor and Cannabis Regulation Branch (LCRB) of British Columbia, and operates a licensed physical storefront in BC. The licensed partner is the sole Seller of Record for every transaction. Title to and risk in all products pass directly between the licensed partner and you, the purchaser.
Age verification
You must be of legal drinking age in BC (19+) to purchase. Valid government-issued photo ID is required upon delivery. Liquor will not be released to any person who cannot verify age or who appears intoxicated.
Delivery restrictions
In-province delivery within BC is handled by the licensed partner or LCRB-compliant carriers. Delivery to provinces that prohibit interprovincial alcohol receipt will not be processed.
Out-of-province orders
For deliveries outside BC, the sale is concluded at the licensed partner's BC premises. A carrier acts as your agent — not as agent of the licensed partner. You are solely responsible for compliance with the laws of your destination province upon receipt.
Personal use only
All purchases are for personal consumption only. Resale of purchased products is not permitted under applicable provincial liquor regulations.
