BCgift is a discovery and gifting platform. All alcohol sales are fulfilled by a provincially licensed retail partner. Please read the following before completing your purchase.

BCgift's role: BCgift is a technology and marketing platform only. BCgift does not sell, supply, or distribute alcoholic beverages, and does not hold a liquor retail licence of any kind.

All alcohol sales on this platform are made exclusively by our licensed retail partner, who holds a valid provincial liquor retail licence and operates a licensed physical storefront in Canada. The licensed partner is the sole Seller of Record for every transaction. Title to and risk in all products pass directly between the licensed partner and you, the purchaser.

Age verification

You must be of legal drinking age in your province to purchase. Valid government-issued photo ID is required upon delivery. Orders will not be completed if age cannot be verified or if the recipient appears intoxicated.

Delivery restrictions

In-province delivery is handled by the licensed partner or provincially compliant carriers. Delivery to provinces that prohibit interprovincial alcohol receipt will not be processed. The platform maintains a current list of permitted destination provinces.

Out-of-province orders

For deliveries outside the vendor's province, the sale is concluded at the licensed partner's premises. Any carrier engaged acts as your agent — not as agent of the licensed partner. You are solely responsible for compliance with the laws of your destination province upon receipt.

Personal use only

All purchases are for personal consumption only. Resale of purchased products by end customers is not permitted under applicable provincial liquor regulations.

Responsibility disclaimer —BCgift accepts no liability for product quality, delivery compliance, regulatory penalties, or any claim arising from the sale or delivery of alcoholic beverages. All such responsibility rests solely with the licensed retail partner. BCgift's facilitation of payment does not constitute ownership of, or liability for, any alcohol product.

By completing your purchase you confirm you are of legal drinking age in your province, have read and accepted these terms, and (for out-of-province deliveries) accept sole responsibility for compliance with the laws of your destination province. Currently permitted destination provinces for interprovincial shipment: British Columbia, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, and Nova Scotia. This list may change as regulations evolve. All vendor licences are issued by the applicable provincial liquor authority
