At BC Gift Store, we take great care in selecting and delivering high-quality wines and spirits for personal enjoyment. Due to the nature of alcoholic products and applicable industry regulations, all sales are generally final once an order has been processed and delivered.
That said, your satisfaction matters to us, and we review concerns on a case-by-case basis.
Exceptional Circumstances
Returns or exchanges may be considered only under exceptional circumstances, such as:
• Incorrect items received
• Items damaged during shipping
• Order fulfillment errors
If you believe your order qualifies, please contact us within 60 days of your purchase date at service@bcgift.ca, including your order number and a brief description of the issue. Our team will carefully review your request and guide you through the next steps.
Return Conditions (If Approved)
If a return or exchange is approved:
• Items must be unused, unopened, undamaged, and in clean, original condition
• Returns requested after 60 days from the purchase date are not eligible
• Approved returns may be processed as:
• A refund to the original method of payment
• An exchange for an item of equal value
• Store credit, at our discretion
Where applicable, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and instructions. Once the returned item is received, please allow 3–5 business days for inspection and processing. Approved refunds typically appear on your original payment method within 3–5 business days after processing.
