Purchase Option Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation (One-Time Purchases)

Customers may request to cancel their order within 12 hours of placing it. After this period, orders may already be processed or shipped and cannot be canceled.

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number.

Subscription Cancellation (If Applicable)

If your purchase includes a subscription or recurring order, you may cancel it at any time.

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the next billing date

  • Once a subscription order has been processed, it cannot be canceled or refunded

You can manage or cancel your subscription through your account or by contacting us.

Changes to Orders

If you need to change your order (such as address or product details), please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order. We cannot guarantee changes after this time.

Refunds After Cancellation

If your cancellation request is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Cancellable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for cancellation once ordered, including:

  • Perishable goods

  • Limited or promotional items

  • Items marked as final sale
