The licensed partner is the sole Seller of Record for every transaction. Title to and risk in all products pass directly between the licensed partner and you, the purchaser.

Age verification

You must be of legal drinking age in your province to purchase. Valid government-issued photo ID is required upon delivery. Orders will not be completed if age cannot be verified or if the recipient appears intoxicated.

Delivery restrictions

In-province delivery is handled by the licensed partner or provincially compliant carriers. Delivery to provinces that prohibit interprovincial alcohol receipt will not be processed. The platform maintains a current list of permitted destination provinces.

Out-of-province orders
